Los diseños Wiki pretenden vincular las raíces prehispánicas con las expresiones del mundo contemporáneo generando una nueva perspectiva del grafismo mexicano.
Existe una importante pasión por transmitir la cultura del México prehispánico a nuestros clientes. El propósito de Wiki es establecer una conexión utilizando los símbolos como un puente, entre la persona quien en el pasado creó el símbolo, y alguien que colecta el objeto para llevárselo a su lugar de origen.
Entonces resulta importante saber qué significan los símbolos...
Aquí tenemos nuestra primera aproximación al diseño Wiki:
El modelo #6 de Wiki está basado en la dualidad (áero/acuático) y en la confluencia de los mismos, el ave que puede descender y el caimán que puede ascender. Los colores empleados (malva y verde) son complementarios en el círculo cromático, más que considerarse opuestos.
Águila y caimán son símbolos del calendario azteca, aquí su significado:
Los mexicas relacionaban al caimán con la oposición de lo estático con lo inmóvil, de lo sólido con lo líquido, tal y como parecen flotar a la distancia las montañas sobre el mar y ello recuerda a la cabeza del caimán cuando emerge a la superficie del agua. Por eso, este símbolo representa el origen del universo y los primeros tiempos.
Por otro lado, el águila o cuauhtli, representa el sacrificio de lo inferior a favor de lo superior. La agudeza visual y capacidad de cacería del águila, se relacionan con la visión interior y con la mente que se alimenta de la conciencia. Por ello, este poderoso animal se asociaba con los guerreros que buscan unión de espíritu y conciencia.

Then it is important to know what the symbols mean...
Here have our first approach to the design Wiki:
The model #6 of Wiki is based in the duality (aerial / aquatic) and in the confluence of them same, the bird that can descend and the cayman that can ascend. Those colors employees (mauve and green) are complementary in the circle chromatic, rather than consider are opposite.
Eagle and caiman are symbols of the Aztec calendar, here its meaning:
Mexicas used to relate the cayman or cipactli with the opposition of it static with it still, of it solid with it liquid, as seem to float to the distance them mountains on the sea and this reminds to the head of the cayman when emerges to the surface of the water. For this reason, this symbol represents the origin of the universe and the first times. On the other hand, the Eagle or cuauhtli, it represents the sacrifice of the inferior for the top. Visual acuity and ability to hunt for Eagle, are related with the inner vision and mind that feeds on the conscience. For this reason, this powerful animal was associated with warriors who seek union of spirit and consciousness.
